1. Acceptance of terms

3. Products, pricing & availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, weaves, and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to handloom craftsmanship, dye lots, and screen settings.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify prices, offers, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & payments

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials — these are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with applicable security standards.

Cash on delivery, where offered, is subject to eligibility checks and an additional handling fee shown at checkout.

5. Shipping, returns & exchange

Shipping timelines and charges are described on our Shipping page, and our return and exchange process is described on our Returns & Exchange page. Both form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including images, product descriptions, logos, and design — is the property of Saubhagya Heritage or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Saubhagya Heritage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased through it. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
